Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! If your order is over $75, you will get free U.S. shipping!
How long does shipping take?
Stickers
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
- Busy times (such as holiday season) may take up to 7 business days
- Shipping time: 2-5 days (after it has been processed)
Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
- Fulfillment: 2-5 business days
- Shipping: 4-21 business days (after it has been fulfilled)
- I know that’s a big window—but since apparel is fulfilled by a third-party company. Unfortunately, I don’t have control over their delivery speed. Orders typically arrive on the shorter end of that range.
I ordered apparel and stickers. But I only received one, where is the other?
Apparel and stickers ship separately. I work with a third-party partner for apparel, so your items will arrive in different packages. If one has arrived and it’s still within the expected shipping window (see below), the other should be on its way! If it’s been longer than expected, email us at drawntobooks@gmail.com and I’ll look into it.
Why did I get charged for shipping twice?
If you ordered both apparel and stickers, they ship separately—so you’ll see two shipping charges at checkout. I break these into separate charges for full transparency so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—but I’m working on it! I hope to offer international shipping by the end of 2025. Right now, I’m shipping only within the U.S. while I make sure everything is running smoothly.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
What’s your return and exchange policy?
- I take great care and pride in sending you something you’ll love. If something’s not right, I accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
- Oh no! If your order is damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at drawntobooks@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include a photo of the item and any visible damage so I can make it right with a replacement or refund.
I haven’t received my order—what should I do?
If it seems like your order is lost, reach out to us at drawntobooks@gmail.com. Before contacting us, please check with neighbors, roommates, or anyone who might have accepted it on your behalf.
APPAREL CARE
How should I care for my apparel?
Our shirts are printed using DTG (direct-to-garment), which gives a soft, non-plastic feel.
To keep them looking great:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry.

Do you offer your products wholesale?
I currently offer wholesale for stickers and paper products, but not for apparel. If you’re interested, reach out to drawntobooks@gmail.com. I’d love to chat!
How often do you release new products?
There will be new designs up 1-2 times per month. Subscribe to my newsletter for updates!

Can I send you my book so you can feature/review it on your channel?
I'm currently not accepting any book submissions for features or reviews. My schedule right now doesn't allow for me to give these books the time and attention they deserve.
