Drawn to Books is an artist-owned online shop based in Denver, Colorado. This shop is filled with thoughtfully designed, book-inspired products. 

As a lifelong bookworm, this is the shop of my dreams. I design and draw every single piece; nothing is made with AI. Each product is designed to bring a little book joy into your everyday life. 

How it all started

Hi, I'm Melanie, owner and artist of this shop! :)

I spent many years as a designer and animator working for corporate clients. In 2020, I began making art for Instagram inspired by the books I was reading, and I found an endless well of inspiration. 

I also started a YouTube channel for people who want to learn about books in a fun, less academic way. And after 26 million views in just a couple of years, I wondered, what else can I do for this community?

I want to bring joy to readers' lives, not just online, but offline, too. And that's why I started this shop. I hope to remind people of the magic of books through small items they can carry with them or wear wherever they are, whether it's cozied up on their couch with a book, or running errands wishing they were reading.
